The Kelvan (TOS episode, “By Any Other Name”) have returned to their original mission objective, conquer the Milky Way Galaxy and pave the way for their species to invade. It introduce the character Tammas Garcia, who is influenced not only by historical Star Fleet Legends, but by contemporary (TNG)Star Fleet heroes. It is basically a story of growing up Star Fleet, symbolically showing how Star Trek has influenced the lives of the fans. It covers a time span of twenty years and gives a different perspective to “events” and “histories” of people such as Troi, O’Brien, Picard, and McCoy.
