Both Hands Full

Both Hands Full has Tammas Garcia at odds with Star Fleet, the Klingon Empire, and the Gorn. He is recruited for a secret mission by Admiral Eric Pressman, who is engaged in illegal activities, such as conducting research on phase cloak technologies, to recover a stolen weapon system. The weapon is a modified Genesis device, capable of destroying a Borg infested planet, or a Borg ship, that has been stolen. Garcia is forced to maintain the secrecacy of his mission to avoid starting an interstellar war with the Klingons, becuase of Federation Klingon treaty banning research on the Genesis technology, and potential war with Romulan Empire for having access to cloaking technology. Garcia takes command of the first ship to have a Federation Klingon crew, and is pursued by Picard, the Gorn, and the Klingons.
